Would you like to learn more about breathing techniques? Or how to create your own yoga routine tailored to your needs?
By voluntarily regulating our respiratory system, we can reach deeper states of relaxation. But to do this, we need to be able to concentrate. Prana dhāranā means concentrating, in a sustained way, on the breath. We will explore techniques to help you create space in a brain that is overtaxed or simply exhausted. Relaxation is not the goal of yoga. But without it, it's impossible to sit and study the activity of our mind. In this space, we aim to reconnect with our creative self and also to reconnect with the self from a centered, objective place. No judgements. Only actions are to come. A meditative mind is able to find its own answers.
