Restorative yoga involves classic yoga postures but held by specially designed equipment. All you have to do is relax and simply be. This session ends with the basics of yogic breathing techniques. This is an excellent practice to help you regain a healthy sleep pattern and recover from other stress or anxiety related illnesses.
